Who can use GetBabyLog

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

Accounts and security

• You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans may renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Prices and billing terms are shown in the app at checkout.
• Free trials convert to paid plans unless you cancel before the end of the trial.

Your data and content

You own your baby profile information and logs. You grant GetBabyLog permission to host, process, and synchronize your data so the Services can operate. You can export or delete data at any time.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Services or attempt to access them using unauthorized methods.
• Do not upload malicious code or interfere with the Services.
• Respect the privacy and security of other users.

Service availability

We work to keep GetBabyLog reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where possible.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect users or the Services.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, GetBabyLog disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.
